Sodding

 

Sodding has immediate greening effect and helps with weed control, therefore the cost will be higher.  To provide sodding we require our clients to follow specific water requirements for their lawn or sodding will not be successful.

 

Frequency

When Client requests the service.

 

When

Throughout the growing season.  During hot weather more watering is required therefore watering restriction does not apply for newly laid sod.  Consult your local municipality for more accurate information regarding irrigation restrictions.

 

Before fall season (September or October) is the best time for sodding.

 

What

Sod is laid on the ground to give an instant lawn result.  This is more expensive than growing from seed.
