To prevent unwanted weeds from growing in the existing lawn, replacing aging grass that is less energetic then young new growth and providing a comfortable yard for you to enjoy.

 

Overseeding is different then sodding because the seeds that sprout in your existing lawn is native to your soil, requires less energy to maintain over a shorter period of time.  Native seeds' survival rate is much higher than sodding.
